Insurance and Reimbursement

Superbills Provided

First Session (50 minutes)

We'll meet regularly (usually weekly) to work toward your goals at your pace.

For EMDR Trauma Work
2-4 preparation sessions before any EMDR processing to ensure you feel completely safe and ready for virtual trauma therapy.

Regular sessions focused on your goals, whether that's:

  • Anxiety management and coping strategies

  • Life transitions guidance

Policies and Guidelines

Cancellation Policy
24-hour notice requested when possible. Flexible with emergencies and health issues.

Confidentiality
All sessions are confidential per HIPAA and Washington State law. Rare exceptions include immediate danger to self/others.

Emergency Support
For mental health crises between sessions, contact 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline or your nearest emergency room.

Professional Boundaries
I maintain professional boundaries while creating a warm, authentic therapeutic relationship.
